THE COACH P WAY
We believe physical education is a powerful tool for personal growth and community empowerment. Our unique program goes beyond traditional workouts, creating an inclusive space where homeschoolers thrive. Through engaging activities and collaborative challenges, children develop resilience, teamwork, and a lifelong love for movement, all while strengthening the bonds within our vibrant community.

MEET COACH P
Pierre “Coach P” Fletcher was born in Huntsville, Alabama, and grew up moving between Madison, AL, and Chattanooga, TN. At the age of 15, he settled in Alabama, where he now lives with his loving wife and two daughters in Harvest, AL. He is the owner and operator of Coach P Inc., a business dedicated to empowering youth through community development services, offering programs like Homeschool P.E., leadership workshops, and youth male mental health initiatives.
In addition to his work with Coach P Inc., he co-founded Righteous Wellness PRT Inc., a personal rehab training team that he operates alongside his wife. Together, they focus on fostering mental well-being and physical health. Coach P also founded The Huddle Male Mental Health Group in partnership with Game Day Men’s Health, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting males in their physical and mental health journeys. He cherishes his faith, family, and loves playing sports, along with a passion for shoes and discovering new places.
With a sincere desire to make a positive impact, Coach P is striving to achieve his personal goals of becoming a physical therapist, developing his cooking skills, learning new languages, and one day building a recreation facility. His vision is centered on bringing his community together, cultivating a mindset that empowers individuals to overcome self-doubt and rediscover their self-respect and dignity.
Coach P aims to support and uplift others, creating a nurturing environment where everyone can grow and reach their full potential
